Guaranteed data protection thanks to our own servers
We offer our software solution as a 'Software as a Service' model. 'Software as a Service' means that the web application does not need to be installed on your company’s own servers, but is instead operated on the servers of BITE GmbH and managed exclusively by BITE employees.
Unlike many software providers that rely on cloud services or third-party hosting, we retain complete control over our servers and your highly sensitive data. Your data is stored exclusively in Germany and managed solely by Business IT Engineers.
Modern high-performance data center
Server security is maintained at LEW TelNet's modern, TÜV SÜD-certified high-performance data centre in Augsburg. Our customers benefit from highly available IT infrastructure featuring fire protection, climate control, fail-safe power supply, high-performance internet connectivity, and continuous monitoring. System management and server administration remain entirely under our control through colocation arrangements. Additional data security is ensured through encrypted server backups distributed geographically across two federal states, guaranteeing your critical data cannot be lost or compromized.
